- File to Edit: sp_yourcityname_homecity.xml
- Location of File: My Documents\My Games\Age of Empires 3\Savegame
- Edit: <level>xx</level> (xx – Your desired Level)
Once you open sp_yourcityname_homecity.xml in notepad, Search for the tag <level> and change it to any between 1 – 99 and play a skirmish
